Its broad application prospects attract attention of all countries in the world. In traditional sensor applications, only needs to be an accurate description of things in many cases, didn’t need substantial original data, Therefore data fusion is an important means to achieve this purpose.First of all, This paper introduced the concept and role of data fusiona in detail, as well as their application in wireless sensor networks. Through studying on the main algorithm of data fusion and classical fusion protocol, this paper compared the existing wireless sensor network data fusion program of result through executable simulation algorithm. According to monitoring scope of the highlight the advantages and disadvantages of the various integration program.Secondly, present a method of data fusion based on the time-domain prediction mode applicable to wireless sensor networks. The method of time series prediction algorithm will be applied to wireless sensor network, the user can set the error threshold to meet the needs of different applications in order to ensure the accuracy of monitoring data.Finally, for the problem of data being stolen, tampered with in process of transmission because of communication interference, this paper not only research the data fusion algorithm based on cluster-tree structure, but also research the security algorithm in process of data transmission, in order to enhance the accuracy and integrity of data.
